If I could give TMT 100 stars out of 100, I honestly would. I found these guys completely by accident when I needed a bin for one of our renovation projects, and I’m so glad I did. Anyone who works in renovations or construction knows how frustrating it can sometimes be dealing with different companies. You call, nobody answers, you’re chasing people for updates, deliveries are late, or you just feel like nobody really cares. TMT was the complete opposite. From the very first phone call, everything was just easy. The communication was amazing, everyone I spoke with was friendly and helpful, and everything happened exactly when they said it would. No chasing anyone, no wondering when the bin was coming, no headaches. Even the little things impressed me. The bins themselves are in great condition, the drivers were great, and when they placed the bin on the driveway, they actually took the time to put protection underneath it. You can tell these guys care about what they do and about the people they're working with. It’s honestly refreshing to find a company like this, especially in our industry. When you're running renovation projects, you already have a hundred things to worry about, so having a company you can call and know that part of the job is going to be taken care of properly means a lot. It was an absolute pleasure dealing with TMT from beginning to end. They will 100% be my go-to guys for bins whenever we have projects in York Region. I had a positive experience renting a disposal bin from Toronto Metal Traders. Their customer service was excellent, and they were flexible with both drop-off and pick-up times. I chose them for their flat-rate pricing, but after pickup, I was informed that I exceeded the 2,000 lb weight allowance by 1,990 lbs and was charged an additional fee. Although they provided a weight receipt, the experience did not fully align with my expectations of “Flat-Rate Pricing & No Hidden Fees.” Clearer guidance about the weight allowance would help customers better understand what to expect. Thank you to the team at Toronto Metal Traders for your excellent service, flexibility, and professionalism. I would use your services again.
