I found these guys completely by accident when I needed a bin for one of our renovation projects, and I’m so glad I did. Anyone who works in renovations or construction knows how frustrating it can sometimes be dealing with different companies. You call, nobody answers, you’re chasing people for updates, deliveries are late, or you just feel like nobody really cares. TMT was the complete opposite. From the very first phone call, everything was just easy. The communication was amazing, everyone I spoke with was friendly and helpful, and everything happened exactly when they said it would. No chasing anyone, no wondering when the bin was coming, no headaches. Even the little things impressed me. The bins themselves are in great condition, the drivers were great, and when they placed the bin on the driveway, they actually took the time to put protection underneath it. I chose them for their flat-rate pricing, but after pickup, I was informed that I exceeded the 2,000 lb weight allowance by 1,990 lbs and was charged an additional fee.
